[Resolved] Volkswagen India — poor service | |||
We from south of tamilnadu (Vallioor) went to chennai for an emergency where our car tn72ax8368 met with an accident on saturday 25aug19. Obtained police report and informed who asked us to get an estimate from your service center in chennai to process the claim. Accordingly went to volkswagen service center at whites rd, royapettah where the service agent mr. Ravi and head of svcs mr. Krishnan acted indifferently and refused to provide an estimate, however, they would provide on payment of 5% cash of the estimate cost, which will be regularized once the job is done. I refused and warned that i would report to higher ups and left. I informed our insurance agent and seevice manager in tirunelveli. I don't know what transpired ravi later called me and informed me that the estimate is ready and come and collect it. Since i had already agreed with our insurance agent and the service manager that i will get the repair done at tirunelveli, i informed ravi about it and thanked their lousy service rendered to me. Now because of them i am driving the car in and around chennai with the damaged boot door and bumper. Wherever, i park the car, the anti theft alarm is getting activated and making loud noises disturbing the neighbours sleep. Had the staff had given the estimate i would have my car got it repaired in chennai and now i have suffer and make others also suffer because of these two indifferent staffs your dear has.
