Volkswagen India — product sold with defective tyres and wrong service confirmation | |||
I have bought volkswagen vento automatic demo car from lally motors jalandhar in august, 2019. When bought the car was approx 15500 km run. Initially complained for wheel alignment and black fumes for which car was sent to service center by sales and it was assured to me that black fumes problem and alignment have been corrected. But sorry to say car is know 26000 km run and front tyres have more than 70%worn out which clearly shows that that car has been handed over to me with defected tyres or alignment was not at all done. Upon that new car rear bumper gets black everytine the car is run a small distance which clearly shows the service if the car at 15000km and decarbonizing is not done. Need immediate resolution to this problem as i have spent around 13lakh rupees with my old car adjustment and in just 10000km running these problems are arising which are not expected from brand such as vw. Need immediate replacement of my front tyres and servicing of my car free of cost to justify so as to why black fumes are depositing at rear bumper Was this information helpful? | |||
