I purchased polo mid range, vehicle no.- ka*nb*45 from this showroom and was promised of many things like 'free 3 service' and more but when i serviced my car second time after running apprx. 5000 km, they charged me about 10000 for this and also broke my front windshield glass, i observed it as soon as the drop agent was dropping me with the car before reaching to destination. I raised complain about this to them and also to my service advisor named "kiran". Now he is telling it's already broken, i have end to end insurance of this car, why i will lie!! His behaviour is like a # and very much rude, instead of being helpful he started threatening me. He broked my front windshield glass intensnally due to argument about the charge with him. I demanded the pictures during pickup of this car before servicing but he refused and was showing some fake edited pictures, he also tampered the pictures in the server since i was trying to open from the link i got during pickup. Only the drop pictures are in the server. I am going to file a complain in consumer forum and also i will post this in twitter, and facebook about the service and about the # advisor 'kiran'. I have 500+ friends in facebook
