This is in regard to a complaint about my vehicle.

Date of purchase: 29th july 2017
Dealer name : surjeet motors, hisar
Right from the initial days of the purchase of this vehicle we have had issues with regard to the operation of the power windows and bettery cell problem and display of 12v battery low on tape. The problem is rectified after a visit to the service centre but persists after a couple of days.
The latest issue was that car was brackdown and not able to startup. With help of rsa car shift to vw service center and problem identified and battery charged and car returned to me. But after 4 to 5 days problem persist and re send car to service center for further investigation. Gandhidham service center is planned to closed by end of december and they not able to diagnose what will be the defect in battery or start up motor and why rare window is malfuctioning and why garebox problem also occurs?
They told me to send your car to ahmedabad service center for further diagnosis and to rectify it.
But right now car is in brackdown condition, how could i drive this car to 300kms?
Me and my family have been put through a lot of inconvenience already. I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
