Worst service facility by volkswagen. I got my vento (Rj 01 cb 9819). I paid rs 20000 for its service in ajmer volkswagen showroom. There was hitting and leakage problem. They told me that it is all right now and there will be no problem. But today again there is same problem. Engine heated and car is not working. You are known for your good customer relations. But due to fault on your service provider's part, my car damaged. They are again charging me rs 20000. I am requesting you to solve this problem or i will be forced to take legal action.
