After the heavy rains that Chennai experienced, water had got into my new Jetta car and I had to give it for service and drying at the Volkswagen Service center at TVS, chennai. They kept it for so many days and when I took it back I had noticed that they had banged up my new car left and front, dinged so badly, paint scraped off, and on showing them their faults they said, "bring it back tomorrow saar, we'll do tinkering and paint job and return as brand new."" Later on checking I found the sponge mat that lies under the rubber mat is soaked with water, rain water. Work not done, car was just wiped and returned to me for which I paid 1750 rupees.
