Unnecessary delay in giving trc by the dealer
poor show volkswagen india!!!


purchased cross polo mpi1.2 on apr 27 2016, dealer vw india -maa sheetla autowheels, haldwani, uttarkhand promised trc

in a day or two--- but never delivered trc ( temporary registration certificate) till date (06/june/ 2016)

despite regular reminders on phone and email.The salesmanager mr. Javed doesnt pick up phone and

the junior staff simply utters the same answer eachtime that its a govt process and the file is at

govt office for same despite the well known fact the trc is issued by the dealer itself and later rc

through rto... When i insist on reasons they say that this model has not been approved by state rto

dehradoon .I say when its not approved by the state rto then how come you sell this car to

customer .Who will bear the depreciation and the loss incurred till now and what if any damage

occurs to the vehicle.Where are the legal liabilities of vehicle .Who will stand with the customer in

case of dispute----dealer or volkswagen india.Traffic police person often ask for the trc...Where is

legal liability...I have purchased car from volkswagen india --they are responsible to all the

disputes arising out of it as they have allotted such dealers who cant even arrange trc of the

vehicles they are selling to its customers ---vw india should have this much of say on the dealers

...Anyhow thats their issue but it does affects customers who are left at god mercy.


I contacted vw india complaint no.Ccr63731...And earlier each day i used to call them they had the same answer

" sorry for the inconvenience and we wil soon contact you" which they never did either thru mail, or any phone calls ever . It was me calling them eachday for the updates...Pathetic !!!
and now they have started uttering the same answer of dealer that the temporary registration is under process with the rto ...Such is the state of volkswagen, they dont bother whether the sold vehicle has the trc even issued or not even as more than 40 days spent after sale...Dont ever go for this brand i recommend ...Horrrifying!!!


all i need is a strict action against volkswagen india and they need to compensate it for all the

depreciation of vehicle till now, mental torture and future legal liabilities. How can they be so

irresponsible despite propaganda of best customer services.Atleast such incidents should never

occur with anyone ...Nightmare car!!!😡☹️

No action taken yet by vw india ...Even a new model and vehicle ameo has been launched last month at a much cheaper price than the one i purchased with advanced features. Yet no response despite such a long duration ...They are just passing out time ...Vw should compensate this issue ...Take back your car ...I want my money back with interest ...Open cheating ...None to control these people ...You cant even register a complaint at their website for this fraud of theirs as it asks for registration no. Of vehicle ...HORRIBLE experience vw ...Never purchase vw cars
