[Resolved] Volkswagen India — volkswagen guntur service is the worst | |||
I am using volkswagen polo which ran about 20, 000 kms in a span of 2.5 years. And recently i've faced the engine bulb warning turned on. So i've contacted the service team even its covid pandemic peak time going on in my town (Guntur) i still dared to take my vehicle and find out the issue risking my life and family. After keeping the vehicle for a full day just to find out the problem and me making them frequent calls and the service incharge is one confused person and he seems to have no clue why he is even working there he rarely picks the call and responds when ever he is only in mood to answer (That may also be once in 2-3 days) as if i am his driver and i believe he don't even know where he is working.. So they have finally found out that the throttle valve has a leakage and ive to change the part which costs me about 45, 000 inr and since i am out of 2 warranty period they cannot do anything about it. Ive other cars from ford and honda which ive used for 6+2 years and never invested that huge amount for a repair. This polo is a rarely used one.in a span of 3 years ive ran just 20, 000 kms. So asked to finish the general service and hand me the vehicle. The next day i went to clear the bills at the service and asked to send the car with the paid driver. I waited till the gate pass and then i left hoping that driver must be following me. Ive waited for 6 hours after reaching my house which is 4 kms from the service. Again that service incharge is in no mood to pick my calls. He answered after 6 hours and simply said oops sorry sir i was busy with some-other work and i also forgot that your car is still here!! I am totally disappointed with the low class service which a local made cycle manufacture also wont have such low standards!! And i wonder how these german companies become such cheap by giving the franchises to every # who has enough money to invest but not a bit professionalism on their work?
