Dear concerned
I have a polo cat purchased in aug 2014. On 25jun2017 i have given my car for 2nd servicing of my car which has run approx 30k kms. My car was serviced and given back to me on 26jun2017. On 27jun207 morning when i tried to start my car it did not start. My husband tried to start it however it did not start. I called the service manager and told him the problem. He came to pick my car and took it to the workshop. After 2 hours he calls me and tells me that the battery of my car is completely dead and a new battery would cost me around 8k rs.
Please explain to me that my car was running perfectly fine befor the service not once i faced such an issue that the battery is not working howcome after service my battery suddenly has burned out. No information regarding that the battery is weak or not working properly was given to be during the service.
I do not accept this as an issue with my car. Kindly take this as my grievance and help me get a resolution. Was this information helpful? |
