[Resolved] Volkswagen India — volkswagen vento service | |||
Dear sir, I am having a vento high line diesel automatic car since january 2018.. I troubled with my car as it was making some abnormal noise, discomfort drive and continuous engine warning sound. I approached the ramani volkswagen service centre which is located in tirunelveli district at tamilnadu on march 18th morning and explained them all. Since they have took three days to diognose and finally found some mechatronics issues. This is not even conveyed to me immediately after the trouble shot. I came to know when i called back after three days. The coversation between us was ended up with their promise of ordering the spare and sort out the issue as quick as possible upon my request. Today is day 10 since i have been waiting for their positive feed back to get spare but in vein. I was answered with same story each day when i call them that they couldnt find the spare. Passing a single day without my car is horrible in this summer even i rented an another car with the payment of about 7000 per day for my business purposes. Who is gonna be compensated this expenditure. I know the maintenance could take some time definitely but that must be reasonable in any way. I dont get any feedbacks from them by mail or some other ways. I myself needa contact them everyday. Im really frustrated with your service. Thanks for your consideration in high priority..
