Volkswagen whitefield tried to close this issue by painting the damaged parts, even though we requested for a full body paint. Now again they damaged one more part(Car door pad, attached pics) three days back and delivered the car. Once again I need to report this second issue and they are not ready to replace it with a new part, instead tried to replace it with some used parts without our consent. Please escalate this issue on priority. It has been 3 weeks I am following up on this issues and losing my time and money hiring private vehicles. We spoke to Volkswagen customer care on call, even they said it will be escalated, but they don’t have incident no on this issue due to some technical problems from past three weeks. I am not clear with Volkswagen customs care systems. Completely unsatisfactory.

Atenna was removed and given to us to fix it back.
There are some new scratches on the back side car door(just next to the fixed door). Highlighted in the pics. The driver tried to show us old pics and also found in other pics this scratch disappeared.
Petrol claimed for 500 Rs, after few seconds petrol ran out of shortage with the indications while I filled it for 2000 ₹ fuel.
Speaker sets are not fixed, charges not compensated. On top of all this additional expenditures incurred for this one month taking cab services without my car.
Really not satisfied with this poor service from Volkswagen.
