Latest Incident : Amber Glow plug warning and engine shudder
Diagnosis: Injector failure; #3 replaced
Repair order no: SOB2100744
This is the 3rd injector failure. 1st and 2nd injectors were replaced with root cause being bad quality of Fuel. After much deliberation, VW Tech team accepted to clean the fuel line and fuel tank with a promise of non repeat. VW preferred fuel station was used used for diesel fill-up.
The recent failure is also diagnosed with bad fuel quality inspite o[censored]sing VW preferred fuel station.
It is a widely known fact VW TDI engines manufacture before 2013 are faulty with Infectors and EGR system. VW refuses to acknowledge this refutes to take responsibility. Another widely known fact is the Electrical/electronic issue with the faulty injectors are passed on as bad quality fuel.
A complaint is raised with reference number MED07153117 and no one from VW tech team has reached out for follow-up.
Every time I take the car out, I'm driving in fear anticipating the 4th injector to fail. It is high time VW is made accountable for all the terrible experiences and financial losses incurred due to faulty parts.
