[Resolved] Volkswagen India — wiper defect in new car volkswagen tiguan

We had purchased volkswagen tiguan highline from vidyut motors on 31st august 2017. We got the delivery on 21st september 2017. I have attached the invoice vw-vm/17-0317. Chassis no. Wvgh175nzja000017 and engine no. Crf200631. My regn of car no. Is mh14gh6910.. (I am attaching certificate of registration) i am sorry to inform after receiving the vehicle, i checked and came to know the wiper had some defect, for which i visited the showroom of vidyut motors, but i got negative response. I demanded an explanation regarding the same with the live demo but they refused and on the contrary they asked me to replace the complete set of wipers costing rs.2500/-
I have purchased the vehicle costing rs. 36, 00, 000/-. This is the kind of service provided by the dealer. My association with volkswagen is from last 6 years and we have 4 polo cars in our family. I am looking forward for a defect free product and good maintenance from volkswagen. Please see to it that the wipers are replaced. My mobile no.
