[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — worst customer care by volkswagen

Address:507203

Hello,
My name rohith kishore erpula. I registerd a complaint with volkswagen customer care with case no. Ccr140203. My car was suddenly broke on road after customer service by hyderabad deccan volkswagen. Next i towed the car to nearby service center vijayawada volkswagen they said the reason was the timing belt got torn into pieces which was not supposed to happen. I contacted customer care as vijayawada service center said they couldnt find a reason why it broke. And when i contacted customer care they connected me to deccan service centre but hyd deccan service people said it was vja service centre fault as they replaced the timing belt at 90000 and it still has 40000kms time remaining for next replacement. I got a reply from vw vijayawada after some days back. I asked them the reason for the failure of the timing belt of my car.
They gave a reply and told it wasn't possible to determine as the car was bought to them from a local garage. My car was never open by any other local garage except the service center of volkswagen we never took it to other local services.
Now for the issue at hand the life of a timing belt is 90 thousand plus but my belt was torn at 52k. So weather it the installation problem or manufacturing defect both are the responsibility of service center (I. E if installation problem then service center has to pay if defective belt vw has to pay).
Either case the satisfactory letters sent to me are of no relevance as i or any other non technical person cant know weather the belt is ok or not by driving. Only a mechanic can know (I. E a vw mechanic) as we don't know we signed the satisfactory letters given to us by service center in a legal case on compensation it doesn't apply..
I as a person suffered a lot and just missed an accident as the car broke down on highway because of faulty belt. I am not going to pay for the repair. It has to be volkswagen if the belt is faulty and the service center if it is installation problem.
If it is repaired then fine everything's good. If not give me a mail stating whatever the same (I. E a rejection letter) or mail saying its not volkswagen's fault.
This counts as criminal negligence as the car broke down on the road while overtaking a vehicle and if the service center can't compensate for the damage i asked them to state that in a mail rejecting the above mentioned or taking responsibility for it..
I asked a rejection letter from the service centre stating its not their fault for the breakdown of the car due to he timing belt. I did not receive it.
They send me a reply but not a rejection letter. If its not given i'm gonna complain for another 10 days and register a legal case in the consumer court against volkswagen customer care.
I had stated this before also but same thing irrelevant replies are being given but not the rejection letter
The customer care people are also very negligent on this thats why the same thing is being done by the service centre irrelevant answers.
This is so much grieveance for me personally and very negligent its been 22 days but still i got no solution.
Thank you
