[Resolved] Volkswagen India — wrong advice given by service centre | |||
Hi vw reputation caretakers, This in regard to an experience which i have shared and i am sad to know the way this has been handled. I took my car in first week of october at ahmedabad sarkej service centre to claim insurance for the damage in the bumper. I was told to speak to insurance advisor on the first floor at the site where i went. I was having policy of liberty insurance that time and got an advise to wait and renew the insurance from icici as my insurance was going to be expired. They inspected my car and advised me to file claim after few days of renewing the insurance policy. I shared that the bumper and lower cover from engine including horn was damaged in accident. That day i just got my car's headlight changed and paid as they told me to bring the car after few days once insurance and renewed. I renewed the policy with icici through vw service centre. I kept my car in insurance recently and the insurance was rejected because the damage was already there when they took photos while renewing the policy called in till free number and they shared a complaint number : (Ccr04964175 I got a call from vw service centre here and they told me that they could not get the person who told me and they cannot investigate. I had a same person who attended my car all the time (Nayan) and when i came from 1st floor after getting an advise for insurance i told him that this advise is been given and i will bring the car after some days. I would request you to investigate and check cctv camera that i visited and spoke to the person who advised me this. Any common layman can understand that if i got car for damage to claim insurance (Where every damaged is mentioned in the bill when i gave car) i will absolutely file claim for the damage and will not wait to get the policy renewed. I did this because you guys asked me to wait. I would request you to look into this as i will visit service centre today. This is hurting my mind in a hard way as i waited just because of your advise and i have to bear the cost now. I would need a fair closure to your unprofessional advise. Along with this, i was at a risk to be said as fraud claim for damage by icici. Do you guys even know how it would have impacted me? I need help to the problem created by you guys. If you can request us to fill feedback. Atleast be responsible to the core value of customer relationship i. E truth and faire treatment. I want a reply on this email as people here are just waiving off their hands because they can't investigate. Think: i would have got my insurance done from outside this year as well. Why i did it from you guys from icici lombard. Connect the dots and you will know the truth I am expecting a reply from you and also an address for ombudsman Hope that this issue will be resolved.
