[Resolved] Voltas — 1.5 ton split ac complaint not resolved after 08 days | |||
REQUEST NO. [protected] dtd. 16.08.19 - COMPLAINT NOT RESOLVED AFTER 08 DAYS: SERVICE CENTER NO. MR AARIF - [protected]. Service person checked on 17.08.19 and informed that PCB is not working and has to be be taken for repair and will be fixed tomorrow. But came after 04 days on 22.04.19 after repeated follow up. Fixed the PCB but it was not working. Again took away the PCB with a promise to fix it on next day. But neither any one came nor picked the phone. I was lucky to contact the service center on 23.08.19 in the late evening and he informed that the PCB has been repaired and will be fixed tomorrow. No one came even today and he is not picking the phone. I called the costumer care and came to know that the complaint has been closed due to false reporting by service center that the complaint has been resolved. The complaint was reopened and I was assured that service head will contact me to resolve the complaint immediately. No one ha contacted me and my complaint has not been resolved so far (24.08.19).
