Hi,
I have purchased voltas split ac & product was good as usual the tata brand but major issue of their services and ignorance even cheating by giving fake bill with high charges!!!
Initially the installation was very poor and the service center also not bothered about the quality and closing my complaint without resolution everytime.
Finally after many follow-up, they have attended the installation issue and corrected better than previously (Some concern is still there but they have assured me for any fault in future due to this improper addressal will be voltas responsibility) but during installation they have charged me very high wrongly and given the fake and local bill. For same i raised the issue to voltas area manager (No responce at all), then reached to regional manager also but they have tried to close loop but unable to resolve the issue as its involve the billing issue. Now still struggling to get the proper invoice along with part detail which they have installed (Note: they have used local item part which they are not able to provide original bill). Now they are very confident to ignore the issue, shared multiple mails, telephonic conversation but issue is still as it is.. From tata brand this was not expected so highlighting here also to take action. However everytime getting assurance only but no action.

Just to update, Voltas is still given false assurance.. from last 2-3 days am getting call from their customer care and they r asking me the status instead of giving resolution. Surprisingly they are still closing my complaint without resolution. They have given me fake invoice also without item code, item description, price, qty etc...which was never expected from TATA.

Worst and never expected services from voltas. Still regularly I am getting call from voltas customer care for updated status of demo and am reminding for actual issues of extra charges and original invoices. But useless from the same executive also getting multiple such calls. So am considering that no body is there who will actually look into the issue. Here am sharing the 2 different bills for same work what voltas has given to me but still seeking clarity on item code, price and the brand for which they are charging such huge amount. Also clarity is required for which bill to refer finally to quote in department of consumer affairs

Can you please confirm the action being taken to resolve the issue and also please share the resolution date and original bill with extra charges amount apart from the shared bill here the cash memo from my side.

Just to inform, no resolution have been provided from voltas after multiple follow-up and sharing the post here along with fake bills. But always complaint has been resolved like this only. Shame to voltas concerned team who are such irresponsible while working in tata group.
