[Resolved] Voltas — 2 months over but issue still pending | |||
On dates 04/06/2019 i had purchased a voltas 1.4 tone split ac and installation done by voltas dates 07/06/2019, after one week i noticed that ac remote not working properly and ac have some cut-cut noise with bad smell i had lodge complaint dated 13/06/2019 having sr number [protected], but issue is still pending (24/07/2019). I have mailed to area service manager and [protected]@voltas.com, after that technician visited the site and he unable to resolve issue and returned. Now i am regularly mailing to vcare and area service manager but he nothing doing. My ac is not working from 13/07/2019 i crossed whole june and july without ac but voltas does not care. Abhi tak ac nhi lgaya gya.kl 3 se 4 bje ka time diya tha.tab se 15 minutes bol bol kr abhi tak nhi aaye.
