Uthis is quite upsetting that a reputed name as voltas such a big name is unable to provide the quality product and after sales services. It’s shocking that service head as mr. Gaurav don’t bother to pick a customer s call who tried at least 30 times, but i continued on trying and at last he constrained to speak this time. Got my address and mobile number and assured to resolve the issue on urgent basis. But no body have approached to look into it not even called to resolve the issue. It’s a peak of summer we incurred the amount 26000/- to get the cooling environment at home with relatives as usual in the month of june.
