Voltas — ac compressor in warranty replacement | |||
I filed AC not working complaint on 3 Aug, complaint number [protected]. On 10 Aug service personnel came with some sensor and found that it was problem with compressor (Warranty 5 years, purchase date Feb 2015). After 1.5M of long waiting I received call from customer care that they do not have compressor for my AC model ( 1.5T 18VDY, Hot & cold inverter). Also told me to buy new AC for which they will compensate Rs 7000. Do you think anyone will invest another 45k for weird reason of compressor not available which is under warranty? Request please help me with this issue.
