We (Nalbari maternity hospital, nalbari assam) have purchased 6 ac at a time (1.5 ton 3 star) from “capital electronics”, who is authorized sales and service dealer on 2013 (Approx) and compressor of one of the 6 ac’s had been down. Somehow all the documents had been misplaced. But we gave details like sl no of both inner and outer machine to capital electronics as well as service manager of guwahati “mr. Ansari, who is service head. But they told us that without documents it will be a paid servicing though compressor has 5 years of warranty. We suppose you may have the details of purchasing record. By going through if we are elligible to get replacement of the compressor that may kindly consider.
