[Resolved] Voltas — ac not working and no cooling | |||||
I purchased 1.5 ton voltas split ac from value plus on 20/6/17. It worked fine for few months and then was not not used until few days back. When we turned it on the was no cooling. I complaint for the same with service center on 26/04/18, after many calls the executive finally turned up on 28/04/18. After cleaning when he was ready to leave, not even bothered to turn on the ac to check its performance i asked him if he has sorted the problem. After checking the ac he declared gas leakage. When i asked him to replace the gas he said it would take time as he needs to send an email for approval from the company and only after the approval he can change the gas.. After filling the gas..ac not working.. Is this the kind of service we should expect from a voltas.. They not resolve the problem.. Kindly replace the ac... Poor service.. the year has not completed yet, and the continous complaint started.
the body of the ac is so light that it can not even resist an year.
gas leakage complaint started every month.
