[Resolved] Voltas — a/c parts taken away by voltas technician | |
Dear sir. Before one month i purchased two voltas air-conditioners from shopprix payyanur, kerala. Two technicians came and fixed both a/cs at my homewithout wall brackets. I took those unused brackets and kept in my custody, but they took two sets of wall brackets pack without my knowledge while they leaving. I informed the dealer and another technician mr. Jithu who came to finalize the work. Till today they didn't responded in this regard. So i request please take appropriate action and tell the dealer to give back my brackets.
