[Resolved] Voltas — ac remote faulty issue

I have purchased ac 1.5 ton on 17 apr 2019, frm naresh marketing raipur, initiaaly dealer did not line up the installtion schdule properly... After installetion engineer informed that remote is faulty and promised to deliver remote next day. After so much folow up, no one inform us the status when the remote will be delivered... This is pathetic service, response given by dealer... Mental harrasment... Tired to do so many followup... Really it is unbeleible that voltas has supplied faulty remote... Very bad image... Really we will never think to buy voltas... Even not recommend friends to buy the same...
