[Resolved] Voltas — Air conditioner breakdown service delay
The product (1 ton Voltas split AC) is purchased on 27th Feb, Also extra amount paid for extended warranty. Its preventive maintenance done in July. Product stopped working from 30th August and till date it is not functional. Lots of complaints raised. calls made to service center but till date problem is not resolved. It is lot of hardship faced and the product is new barely less than one year and break down started, Also services are not provided even though product is in warrantee period. Not able to use product since last one month causing deprived of sleep leading to fatigue and stress.
