Hello sir/mam, I have purchased 2 ac from voltas and one of my ac is not working properly, i am calling voltas customer care from past 2 months since october 6 2021 but they are saying the same thing every day that their servicing team will contact you soon and i have't received any call or message from their servicing team. My latest service request no: [protected] Voltas team not open my service request and without resolution my AC problem they close all my request and when i call back them they reopens it.
