[Resolved]  Voltas — air conditioner remote not working

I had purchase voltas inverter ac 4 days back, and it is not yet setup completely as after installation we found that remote didn't work. Technician who done the installation told that remote is not belongs to modal which i had purchase. I raise complain to voltas however, it not yet resolve. I don't understand how they could made such mistake to provide wrong product and than not yet replace. I can't use ac without remote. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I have brought my ac on 23rd march 2018 first 15 days cooling is very good at @ temperature 22 but since 10 days i have keeping my ac temperature at 16 but no cooling the room model number (voltas EU 183V SY)
