Voltas Beko — Complaint for Voltas Beko poor product and service quality | |||
We booked Voltas Beko DT8B free standing 8 place XI8B1PE dish washer through flipkart on 15.06.2021. Machine Serial No 1400010A20H003678. The dish washer was delivered very fast on 18.06.2021. It was commission on 21.06.2021. Just after 10 days when our return window closed the machine stopped working. we lodged complaint in voltas beko customer care [protected] dated 06.07.2021 and [protected] dated 07.07.2021. One technician visited and informed that some parts is faulty and needs to be replaced under warranty but till today the machine has not been rectified. We have contacted the voltas beko customer care many times but they always say that required parts has not been received. Due to above delay we are being cheated by the voltas beko company. The product is with 2 years warranty and approx 1 month lost without getting the service. It is the question that when whole product can be delivered with 3 to 4 days then why can't small spares be delivered and machine could be rectified within 3 to 4 days? We demand to return the product back with full amount return to us with compensation for the trouble we faced during the past 1 month in the much needed time of COVID period.
