[Resolved] Voltas — complain number [protected] | |||
Hello, I have purchased 1.5 ton voltas ac from amazon last year. In august & september 2018, i called customer care for service & one concern regarding display of ac, which is showing e2. I have called voltas customer care after service about display error, i did not get any response. It was under warranty that time. Yesterday i have called again. Now they have raised the ticket i. E. Complain number i. E. [protected] however, excusing over warranty period completion. I ordered ac on 21 september 2017, it was delivered by 28th september & installed on 4th october. My concern was not resolved in warranty period, now after one week of warranty period, customer care provide the complain number. I will be charged for the same. This is very unfortunate.
