Hello Voltas,

A round of applause from me and my family for the services delivered by you. Literally we are delighted for the product that we have purchased from you, can't believe that you make the things happen in such professional manner.

I am really thankful to all of your service agents, service managers and technicians attended my call, who took so much of efforts to reach me and do nothing at all and miscommunicate to their bosses that I am not allowing them to look into the product and solve the concern were raise by me.

Below is the list of people I want to thank all of them for being a part of excellent customer services .

From Customer Care Executives:-
Jaspreeth (Female)-
Krishna(Sr Executive Supervisor(said by himself)- First put me on hold for 15 mins and then released my call after 30 mins of conversation.
Rishabh(Male) -Released my call after 10 mins on hold.
Anita(Female)- Released my call.
Vinay (Sr Executive Supervisor(said by himself)-Released my call after 7 mins on hold.

From Service Heads:-

Siddharth Matam- Most irresponsible service head I have ever seen... I got response from him that he will be calling me back in 10 mins on 30th May 04:16pm- Yet I am waiting for his 10 mins to be completed.Took a leave on Tuesday 30th may(so that my concern is resolved)insipte of having heavy schedule at office- but no once turned on that day to help the customer
K Chandra Shekar(Regional Head for services):-Got his contact no. and tried to reach him for hundreds of times-He never cares for anything. Don't know how to react on this. Managers are made to serve the customer concerns but here it is a different case. There's no phrase to describe for this kind of customer service .
Raju(Services Head):- Can't handle the customer complaints and irresponsible manager too. Least bothered about the customer once product is sold.
Devender Kumar(Service Head for voltas in Hyderabad):- Well well well... Last but not least the one big player behind all this for non serving the customer complaints -irrespective of calling many times-never tried to even once call at least for once either got a call back . We tried to call him since 27th May-2017- but who cares product is sold our job is done let the purchaser suffer on his own for hard earned money.
Finally got fed-up with all kind of follow ups through call and in old fashion I went to Bajaj Electronics for serving my complaint. Here again I got with speak to service managers of voltas (Siddharth Matam).

There were number of complaints raised:-

Technicians came and went of, once they have broken the locks of honeycomb.
There are damages inside the cooler. (Water flown tubes)
Pump won't work.
Sensors are of no use-irrespective of tank being fully loaded with water, it keeps on alarming.
Water is not flown on all the three sides of cooler so that cooling is a concern-This was first of all question raised?
There is lot of miscommunication between customer care services and the service agents. Which is blunder in services

The cooler was purchased in the month of Mar-17. Started using since April-17, got the issues since mid of April-17 and tried to reach ever corner but got no help-This is the way customer is treated. I accept that technicians visited to cure the concerns but those all are in vain, when customer is not satisfied. Devender (Service Head)- Spoke to him on 3rd June-17 5.40 pm.I have asked him for a replacement because of many troubles and product issues, he's not at all OK with that. As he was having lunch at that time-promised me that he'll be calling me back and resolve the issue- Yet I am waiting for call back.

I just got irritated and fed-up with all these sort of complaints. Will never ever try to call back. It's been a suffering for a customer and customer is at loss because of all these kinda of services.Have many things to say but got irritated of writing too. Will never recommend any one to own a VOLTAS Product. Pathetic people and services. Thumbs Up!!!
