[Resolved] Voltas — customer care failure in solving 1.5 ton inverter ac problem | |||
Complaint no.[protected] dt. 09.07.19 & complaint no.[protected] dt.25.07.19. Spoke to voltas customer care several times. Representative came from service centre on 9.7.19. He told that there is problem in inner unit pcb and took it. Again another service man came on 24.7.19, he fixed the inner pcb unit, still the a/c was not functioning. He identified that outer unit pcb problem and took for replacement with time frame of two weeks. On 3.8.19, i again spoke to one aditya, who assured that the problem will be solved by 10.8.2019. Today when i rang up to cc at 1310 hrs, the representatitve told that the service centre will call within 4 hours. Again, i rang to cc and spoke to meenakshi sharma, who told that it will take time upto 20.8.19 to solve the problem. Fed up with the behaviour of voltas cc and the aircon service centre, chennai.
