[Resolved] Voltas — Delay in replacement of a new ac | |||||
I am self employed. On 4 th of may i decided to change my LG ac 2 in number for voltas. As its too hot i needed the replacement as soon as possible as have a cliental to see too. I booked 2 window ac with cool traders. Got them installed on 6 th. 1 ac had a terrible heavy sound n the display was not functional. Registered a complaint with voltas n there tecnician came checked n confirmed the problem. He said he will replace display n sound but i wanted a replacement as why should a day old machine be repaired. In his report he mentioned that compressor sound but later they tried to give reason of grill sound but both ac hv grill n the 2 nd one if fine. I was told by voltas that i should ask the dealer to change the ac n every day i have been calling but till date 14 th it has not been replaced. The voltas ppl say the dealer is responsible n dealer says voltas should give him ac as he does not have. My work my clients all suffering. We cannot sit in the room with the ac on. My purpose of changing to voltas has failed. Im in a fix dnt know whome to tell to solve the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Dear Sir,
I have purchased Volats 1.5 ton split AC on 4 April, 2017 and got installed by Voltas people.Hardly 24 hours were passed colling effect was zero I spoke to voltas people they inspected and said gas has been leaked during insattalion of AC. After repairing by Voltas People again Cooling Effect was zero with in next 12 Hours.
Again contacted Voltas vide complain No.[protected] with request to send experienced technician. Again earlier technician contacted & retured back with out any solution.
Then SMS has been received that Your problem has been resolved. This is the working/response of VOLTAS Company.
Again lodged the Complain with Voltas, now they are reopening the complain.

I Do not think this work will be finished during this summer.
