[Resolved] Voltas — Delay in service and misbehavior of Gayatri Enterprises | |||
I had got my water dispenser serviced from Voltas (who diversified service to its franchisee M/s Gyayatri Enterprises, Ghaziabad )on 20.09.2021vide complaint no[protected].The dispenser again started malfunctioning after some time. I called Gayatri Enterprises ( Mr. Vipin)on 18.10.2021and he assured that some one will visit by today or by tomorrow morning and no need to lodge complaint for visit with Voltas but no one turn up next day also ( 19.10.2021). When we called there (19.10.2021), his so called owner Mr. Amit initially behaved vey rudely, then he told that we will let you know when technician will come but no call came and also he did not pickup the phone. On 19.10.2021 I was managed to call the technician ( Mr Mohit - who visited on 20.09.2021 ) told me that yes I was supposed to vist today but as I am on leave I will come tomorrow by 11 AM ( 20.10.2021) but he never visited.When we called Mr Mohit on 20.10.2021, he hold the called for 15 minutes and then disconnect the call after that no one from Gyatri Enterprises had picked the call. I lodged a complaint with Voltas for Visit ( on 20.09.2021)and also had a talked with Mr Ravi Jha informing him the complete episode with Gyatri Enterprises owner and technician ), but only assurance received for Visit to our place & action against the Franchisee .No one visited on 21.10.2021 also and again I called Voltas but all in vain. Luckily I was able to connect the technician Mr Mohit on 21.10.2021 afternoon and he told that his owner has stopped me to visit on 19, 20 & 21 and we will visit on 22.10.2021 but till time no one turned up. Dear Sir, Why there is a need of such type of franchisee to voltas who are spoiling the name of Voltas and also not listening to Voltas persons or customer care . I I will definitely highlight the same in social media not to but Volas product as they are not providing a good service Was this information helpful? | |||
