I had purchased voltas split ac from great eastern, dalhousie, kolkata under invoice no. Hbs/sa/1718/04164 on 19-05-17 to be delivered to me within 5-6 days but even after passage of 6 days the same has not been delivered yet. The basic phone no. Given in the invoice bill is not attended by anyone and no isd name or contact no./mobile no has been mentioned to contact due to delay in delivery of ac and installation.
