[Resolved]  Voltas — extended warranty certificate not received

Hi,

I bought voltas window ac (Voltas window ac 185 dza (Deluxe) on 17th feb 2019 and still i have not received the extended 5 year warranty ceritificate. I got a message which said the warranty has been mailed, but i haven't received it yet.

Kindly see to it that the warranty certificate is mailed asap.

Here are the ac details:

Window ac
Capacity 1.5ton
Purchased on: 17th feb 2019
Purchased from: ep electronic paradise pvt. Lmt.
Serial no.: 4011238a18jc17835
Voltas window ac 185 dza (Deluxe)

I Purchased deep fridge from VOLTAS company after few months stopped cooling, several time technician visited but unable to trace the fault also one time taken to work shop with my own cost. Even one year is not complted.I suffer great loss in business also lost my Peace
