[Resolved] Voltas — faulty ac unit sold | |||
I had purchased a Voltas 1.5ton Split AC (5 star) on 30 June 2018 and on 8 july 2018 it got some problem with outdoor unit they took that unit to their service centre and installed again. Again in may month it got failed and repaired and now again it got failed. I dont want to use such faulty unit of Voltas. While asking for a replacement they shared multiple numbers and asked me to contact dealer, sometime servi cec centre some time are sales manager. No one is helping me out and my AC is not working since last 1 week . on 30 June 2019 its warranty will get expired and all the future expenses will come on my head. I belong to middle class family and cant afford such high maintenance AC . Looking for your support to get that faulty AC unit replacement or refund of my money. Was this information helpful? | |||
