Sarthak Dhingra, resident of vikaspuri new delhi 110018, have been experiencing a horrifying time with the voltas ac I purchased on 23 Rd may 2020
It's a 2 ton window AC which worked fine in the 1st year but this year i e. 2022 I have made almost 10 complaints in the last 6 months but still I haven't got any resolution to my solution.
4-5 times soldering has been done and gas has been refilled, the ac works fine for 10-15 days but then breaks down again, various sensors have also been replaced and condenser coil has also been changed twice.
Despite all this i haven't been able to find a solution for the ac problem.
The voltas servicing staff makes temporary arrangements and close the complaint request, but it's the same issue everytime.
After this experience I will never purchase any voltas product for sure.
I demand for full refund or replacement of my ac with a new one.
This is my last resort, I have tried raising my complaint to various people like Mr. Vicky who is the area service manager +[protected] and also to Mr. Ashok yadav who is the area head +91 [protected] but my complaints have fallen on deaf ears.
If this mail is not answered and my ac is not replaced / refunded within 7 days, I will take this case to the consumer court.
