I bought a spilit ac on july 2019 from Flipkart. But after 2 years I got to know that indoor unit cooling coil got damaged by itself. Now the voltas executive asked me to replace the old coil with a new one costing around 7000+ gas charges 2950rs. If voltas are not able to provide a good quality product, then what’s the use of selling that product? Voltas should close the company. One more scam I got to know that when you buy an ac from a dealer, they will provide you with a 5-year warranty, and if you buy it online, then you will get a 1-year warranty.
