[Resolved] Voltas — front panel lock broken by technician under warranty | |||
Sir, I bought split ac last year on 4th march 2017 and technician attend the free service under warranty but he broke the front panel lock, which was not known to me for month but after a month i open the panel to clean the filter, hence i found the panel lock is broken, i made a call to customer care, the said that the damage part is replaced free of cost but you need to pay service charge, it's okay but here in service center they said that you have to pay for replacement of broken panel...
