I mr . Prabhu gollapally purchaged new ac split 3 star in bajaj electonics d.No 2-51/1, br naidu castle chandanagar main road, bhel hyderabad telangana. On date 03.04.2017 installed by cooling tech services on 06.04.2017 on that day onwords ac not working (cooling) once again complaint raised technician came on from moon star air conditioners found there is gas leakage from nozzle it a defective product i got so i want to replace my previous voltas split ac with new one. When my product was under warranty, then I had the opportunity to replace it.
That's when your service area manager had said, sir, be sure that whatever problem is there with your product recording, it will be a year and after that if any problem comes, then we will investigate it further and see you after doing something.
