Service provider says we shall charge Rs 250 per Feet of cable installation. The measurement can be made that how the such an exorbitant charges made from the customer.

Sir,

I, Rajneesh Madhok, Advocate, Office at Railway Road, Phagwara made installation of above mentioned machine at my office but the Service team has defrauded me and has not provided receipt of Rs 3, 700/- charged from me and the defective installation made at my office. Most regretfully, it is being informed that Voltas AC 123 CZA Classic installed at my office has defective installation. Despite getting Rs 3, 700/- from the customer for installation the machine has been installed at lower level and outlet pipe has been installed at upper level but the staff who come to install AC is in-cooperative.

It is better to engage a private mechanic than to get misbehaved with in-cooperative staff. It is 100% sure that on not getting outlet of drain water the water will back to machine and certainly the defect occur.

I am really shocked to get such a humiliating behaviour from your Service team who is concerned with money only and least bothered about the complaint of the customer.

A LEGAL NOTICE IS BEING SERVED UPON YOU AS THE INSTALLATION IS DEFECTIVE AND YOUR SERVICE TEAM IS NOT COOPERATING, VERY SOON THE AC WILL START MALFUNCTIONING DUE TO INEFFICIENT STAFF’S INSTALLATION. VERY SOON THE AC LEAKAGE PROBLEM WILL OCCUR.

WATER WILL NATURALLY DRIP OUT THROUGH THE MAIN UNIT AND IT WILL NOT WORK.

MY REPEATED REQUESTS THAT AC AND THE DRAINAGE PIPE IS NOT PROPORTIONAL, SO IT WILL DISRUPT THE WATER-FLOW OUT OF THE DRAINAGE PAN DIRECTLY TO OUTLET DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION, BUT YOUR SERVICE TEAM IS NOT LISTENING TO THE PLEADINGS OF THE CUSTOMER.

IT IS CLEARLY VISIBLE THAT THE OUTLET PIPE IS NOT AT LOWER HEIGHT COMPARED TO MAIN UNIT BUT AT THE UPPER HEIGHT. SO, LET ME KNOW HOW THE DRAINAGE WILL BE MADE. DUE TO BLOCKAGE OF WATER IN THE DRAINAGE PIPE ON NOT GETTING IT OUT THE DIRT AND DEBRIS WILL CREATE ADN WILL BLOCK THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM COMPLETELY.

I AM 100% SURE THAT THE WATER CAN’T FLOWW OUTWARDS THEN OVERFLOW OF WATER WILL GO TO MAIN AIR CONDITIONING UNIT, AND WILL LEAD TO AC LEAKING WATER. I REGRET THAT YOUR SERVICE TEAM IS NON-COOPERATIVE.

With the serving of this Legal Notice, you are requested to fix the drawbacks of installation and get AC properly installed according to the specification. All the Service Centre employees provide Service free of cost, if there are charges for any Service then the Company charge from the customer not the Service provider. In your case the Technical Service provider charges on the pretext of Free Service and misbehave with the customers.

You are requested to provide reply to the above mentioned facts and details of Service manual in which it has been written that the outlet pipe will be installed at the higher level from the machine.

It was heard that the private persons can dodge the customers but the Reputed Company having the Chairaman from Jamshedji Tata will befool the customers it is really strange.

Keep on watching how Voltas dodge customers after looting on the pretext of free installation from inefficient team.
2. On Thursday, 7 June 2018 SMS at 10:46:- Dear Customer, Request No [protected] appintment scheduled for[protected]. For assistance call our Helpline [protected] (24x7)----At this stage company was providing service of installation
3. On Thursday, 7 June at 15:21 SMS: Dear Customer, Request No. [protected] assigned to CHARANJITKUMAR, PHONE [protected]. For assistance call our Helpline [protected](24x7)
4, very strange --- The charges of Rs 3, 700/- collected by Voltas and not provided receipt of installation. The tecnical persons were misbehaving and the matter reported to customer care, Left the job and again came back with intervention of customer care, And now Voltas came out with a new formula that is:- SMS received on on 07 june 2018 at 15:22 Dear Customer SR '[protected] JOB HAS BEEN DONE BY NON vOLTAS OR 3RD PARTY Call on [protected] for any query or call our helpline [protected], again same message received at 15:22
Sir, it is a violation under Section 409, 406 and 405-- Vicarious liability--- Complaint under Section 406, 408 Indian penal Code against Chairman of the Company will be lodged because the company is straightaway dodging the customers by playing gimmicks with customers. The company is dishonestly making frauds with the public by charging exorbitant charges. The role of accused company is self expalanatory that how they people are playing gimmicks.Dishonesty of Votas is proved, but the matter of grievances is that the company of this repute is playing gimmicks with the customers to extort money. This is Under 405 of IPC regarding Criminal breach of trust. On the first part Voltas is sending the Engineer and now Voltas is befooling the customer that the installation has not been made by Votas but by a third party. This is criminal breach of trust, Rest assured Votas Team let the matter be unfolded further. The prima facie evidenes are on record, the offence under SEction 409 read with Section 405 with the aid of Sectin 34 of Indian Penal Code kindly be read properly.

It's extremely painful that you don't have coordination in between your team. Today On Saturday, 9 June 2018, I received this message by SMS "Dear Customer Your SR No. [protected] proposed for cancellation, Reason: Job Done By Third Party. Call on[protected] to stop cancellation at[protected] at 14.16.
I think either you are befooling the customer or you think that you are concerned to extort money from the public by hook and crook.The Service Engineer provided by you. You made me aware that this is your work order and it will be completed. After your message the phone call I received from the Service provider. The dealer Rikhy Enterprises Chadha Market Phagwara-144401 registered installation request from my Mobile Phone[protected] and provided Pin code 144632 (Chachoki adjoining to Phagwara) instead of Phagwara's Pincode of 144401. In my presence made call to that Chachoki based Service engineer that you will get Order for installation at Rajneesh Madhok Advocate, Railway Road, Phagwara's address tomorrow and take care. What is this code word, I could not understand. On the next date the process of installation started from the message received from TD-VOLTAS AND ON OBJECTING TO INSTALL AC, I CONTACTED TO THE DEALER AND HE CALLED TO THE SERVICE ENGINEER. AND ALSO TO THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE AND THE LADY WHO ATTENDED THE CALL PROVIDED THE DETAILS THAT YOUR CONTACT NUMBERS ARE THESE TWO. AND THE SERVICE PROVIDER IS THIS ONE. AND HE WILL COME TO YOU SHORTLY. NOW THE COMPANY IS BEFOOLING THE CUSTOMER ON WRONG INSTALLATION AND EXTORTION OF RS 3, 700 FOR INSTALLATION. GREAT COMPANY GREAT SYSTEM OF LOOT IN CONNIVANCE WITH DEALER AND SERVICE PROVIDER. Sir, when a customer bring a complaint about your deteriorated working conditions and criticizing the company then it is nerve-wracking exercise. You are not behaving like a problem solver. Today I got a call from O General Service from Ludhiana [protected] and enquired about the matter and assured me to call back to me but has never responded. The nexus between Volats- Dealer-Service Provider (technician) can not be denied as all the three joints have joined hands to loot customer by hook or crook. Company should appreciate the feedback from the customer but it is strange that company don't reply to the E-mails sent to them. If you will continue this malpractices then the day is not far that the people will spit on the name of Ratan Tata and Jamshedji Tata whose company is involved in befooling the customers. The name and reputation which Mr. Ratan Tata has earned in the country will be tarnished with such unscrupulous exercises of the concerns belong to TATA. All the matter is in the knowledge of Voltas but Voltas is in a hurry to close the matter. I solemnly affirm and declare on oath that the matter is in the knowledge of Voltas and to save themselves to ruin their reputation it is better to say that third party installation has been made. You don't have solid reasoning that why the problem should not be addressed and the matter should be stopped by a single line that it was third party installation whereas the Service technician had been provided by Voltas. Now let me know which cable in India costs Rs 250/- per feet that has been installed at my place. Why not the receipt has been provided by Voltas till date. The company wants that the customer should shut his eyes like a cat on feeling danger that nothing bad will happen. God is great, keep in mind. Don't make day light robberies with customers. You are getting business from customers and by looting them it will one day provide you echoes in the slumbers of misdeeds you have made with customers.

Today again msg received : Sunday, 10 June 2018, at 12:14 Dear Customer Your SR No. [protected] proposed for cancellation, Reason: Job Done By Third Party. Call on[protected] to stop cancellation. Sir, the question of third party installation does not arise as the Service Engineer had been sent by Voltas. All details are on record of Voltas that who has come to install the Ac and it was in respond to the request made to Voltas. My order was confirmed and Voltas made me aware about the installation to be done today. When Voltas dodged the customer and extorted Rs 3, 700/-without providing receipt came out with a new formula that the installation had been made by third party. Dear Voltas team kindly stop dodging customers and make day light robberies to befool customers.
