[Resolved] Voltas — issue with window a/c | |||
I had purchased a voltas window 1.5ton, 3 star ac model 183dya on 2nd june 2016 at the cost of rs.23000. It has hardly been a year and the ac has stopped cooling which after having complained about at the voltas customer care service was checked by the technician who identified the cause as leakage in coil. We were suggested by the technician to get the coil replaced as well as the coil replaced all at the cost of rs.5500. I would like to know that how a company that guarantees quality product and which is a renowned name in air conditioning can deliver such a product.
