[Resolved] Voltas — losses due to poor installation by engineer for request no [protected] | |||
I bought a voltas 1.5 ton split ac for my hone address a 34 maharani enclave uttam nagar nd 110059. During the installation of the product as the engineer you sent has done it with extreme carelessness. He damaged a big portion of my wall on which the ac is put. He does not use the complete set of installation products by company. Its took me two days to get the repair done and costed me roughly 1400 rs. My installation was not free of cost and i paid rs 2250 to the engineer for which i got a message of 1500 instead. I availed a paid installation service from the company and still the work has resulted in financial and time loss for me. I am attaching the photos of damages.
