Voltas — Lost business credibility due to Voltas AC worst service | |
I have purchased 3 Voltas air conditioners on Dec-2020. Out of that one AC having water leakage issue since Feb-2021. I have raised complaint to Voltas, they did some temporary fixes and closed the complaint, for every two days same problem repeating. I have raised 4 complaints, again they did some temporary fixes and closing the service request. Finally i have talked to the service center and ask them to not close the ticket with out my confirmation and i demanded permanent fix for the problem. Then the technician told us like some hardware parts needs to change and they requested the company. It's been two months the problem started, no update from the company Voltas, they didn't replace the AC even warranty exist or they didn't even fix the issue, due to this i lost my business and credibility from the clients. I didn't get proper updates from the service center/company. As we know this is summer season and how the AC is required for any business, i lost my shop credibility and due to this water leakage wall paint also damaged, we don't have any option we still using AC, even water leakage because we need to run business.
