[Resolved] Voltas — Need replacement, defective product | |||||
I purches voltas air cooler on 5th of june 2016, model: voltas 50 litres vn-d50e desert cooler. And within 5 days problem (Started some time sensor stoped working, some time fan, i asked for replacement but no action it taken so far, till facing same problem, this time Cooler motor, and sensor and alarm, is not working. I made a complain for repair and replacement bt no action taken. Just every time technician visit they fix and go, and again next days problems remains the same... I am totally fed up with voltas worthless product. I need replacement because its still under warranty. Worst service and people from voltas. Was this information helpful? | |||||
