[Resolved] Voltas — new split ac | |
Sir we bought a brand new split voltas ac and on installation it has been found without coolant. Company has forgot to fill the coolant in air conditioner. We did complaint on 11 aug 2016 with voltas customer care and till date 16aug 2016 1542 hrs the coolant has not been filled. The service centre are just delaying in attending the compalint. Sir this is the mistake of voltas company that we are feeling harrassed by intense heat of delhi and voltas company. They are not dealing with our complaint seriously and taking alot of time.
