[Resolved] Voltas — new voltas split ac dead only used 1 days | |||||
I have written this mail to inform you that i am feeling lie cheated by voltas company on 18th july i bought a split ac model number 185-eyar 1.5 ton and installation has been done by the voltas technician on 22nd july only one day it worked and from 23rd of july its complete dead 100 times i have called to the technicians and customer care but still yet my issue has been not resolved may i know why i am facing this issue, now i dont know anything i want my whole money back as soon as possible or else i will file a case on consumer court now i am totally irritated by your company this is a clear mail to you that i am cheated by your company your service is very bad. And your bihar zone patna gm has responded me very badly in abusing words and he has challenged me that i will not resolve your issue when i asked why m problem s not resolving then he said go to hell may i know that is this the way you are treating your customers his contact number is [protected] Your dealers are lier they have given me old date bills which is not in gst all corruptions are running n your company i am totally fed up by your service. Technician of your voltas has asked me to write an application for the changing process. So, i am attaching the ac pic and application copy, the bill invoice and technician check list copy so go further for it.. I want the clear and positive result as soon as possible.
