Dear sir, It is very sad to inform u that, i feel cheated to join ur no.1 ac voltas family club. Since last three month i have been day and night calling your customer care and representative, but unfortunately there is no solution being provided to us. Only fooling as extending the date of delivery.. Sir now i am taking this matter to very serious and wishing early disposal from ur side. I have contacted serivice manger mr. Aun, but now he is not responding also try to call branch head mr. Rajeev ranjan but his phone was switched off. Pls look at ""request no [protected] assigned to engg shahanbaj, phn [protected]. It is very sad to inform u that, i feel cheated to voltas company. Last month i have purchased 1 water dispenser from KHOSLA ELECTRONICS PVT LTD, but unfortunately I am suffering a lot by not cooling. It has inbuilt problem in compressor. After registering, service center representative took it for 4 days but unfortunately there is no solution being provided to us. Still it has not cooling.Please solve this ASAP.
