[Resolved] Voltas — no response from the service provider instead of filing service request | |||
I had called the voltas tollfree no and filed a service request for my voltas ac on 3rd of october and the executive had ensured me that the technician would resolve my problem in 24 working hours but has not recieved any positive response from service provider till date, i have called the toll free no thrice but still situation stands the same, such a bad after sales service is very unfortunate as i had bought voltas ac with expectation of a good after sales service as it has a brand image but due to such instance voltas may lose its valuable customers. So i would not recommended anyone to buy voltas products in the future. Was this information helpful? | |||
