[Resolved] Voltas — Non Availability of Part and No service since 15 days

There was no cooling by the ac for which a complaint was lodged. Gas leak and pcb failure was detected on before 15 days. After that no action has been taken from the service center, quick ac works. The only reason they give is that the part is not available. The ac has not been picked up nor has the gas leak been fixed.
